I enjoyed bringing you these real-life experiences. These issues will define the future for all those students and their generations.
I hope you enjoy the books and that it causes you to take action. Our future depends on all of us. Just for fun, check out some of my fiction stories.
At Stuart's Stories, we are committed to educating our community on the pressing issue of national debt. This booklet provides an in-depth analysis of the current financial situation, emphasizing the critical need for action. With the national debt exceeding forty trillion dollars and interest payments nearing a trillion annually, the time for change is now. Our approach addresses not just the wealthy but emphasizes the shared responsibility among all citizens. Together, we can work towards a sustainable future for the next generations.
Part of the solution includes a national debt tax; for a four-year period, a ten percent tax on net income would go towards paying the national debt owned by foreign governments. Additionally, an excise tax on nonessential items such as food and clothing would be enacted to reduce the debt.
FOR THE PAST FORTY YEARS WE HAVE BLINDLY ADDED DEBT, IT IS TIME TO PAY IT DOWN AND SECURE THE FUTURE FOR OUR CHILDRENS GENERATION.

Across the western states I spoke to farmers and ranchers and heard their story. I visited reservoirs and saw empty and dry land that once held the water for our way of life.
All I hear from our politicians is to conserve more and cut more delivery of this vital resource. The truth is there is no more to cut and no more to conserve. Only a bold plan of desalinating water from the Sea of Cortez and up the Western Coastline and leading that water to these river systems and lakes and reservoirs will keep our resources stable. While our politicians say we need to conserve more, I say we need to become proactive and create a new reliable water source. This book is that plan.
This book lays out the details of how we add millions of gallons of water a day to our water supply. From Montana to Iowa and from California to Texas, vast canals pumping water to existing reservoirs such as Lake Mead and Lake Powell, to Elephant Butte and to the Ogallala in the Midwest.
WE CAN SECURE THE FUTURE BY SECURING OUR WATER.

To complete "What happens when the food stops growing" I visited farms across the western states. The workers in the fields are a vital part of our food pyramid. They and their families should not be living in fear of a knock on the door or a raid in the fields.
I have stood for a fixed immigration system since 2002. What we see today is not a focus on fixing a border, it is a focus on hate. If we can build a wall, we can build an immigration center to process applications for those seeking a better life.
Just like Ellis Island over a hundred years ago.

In order to spend on our future, we need to clear away the debt we created in the past. Forty trillion dollars of debt and a government now that is just adding more.
My book details specific areas to raise revenue and a goal of reducing the debt by ten percent every four years.
We are spending almost a TRILLION dollars a year on debt now.
As we reduce the debt we can invest in our infrastructure, healthcare, schools without the worry of destroying our financial sovereignty. Tax cuts while we owe trillions makes no sense and cripples our investment in water and energy.

Even if you are not a believer that climate change is real, you cannot deny the lower water levels in our reservoirs and the less water being allocated to our farmers and ranchers. My book showcases a plan for desalination across the country. Using existing rivers, we can fill reservoirs and aquifers with water to restabilize our supply and assure farmers and ranchers as well as cities and towns of a water supply into the next century.
The time to build this system is now!

Traveling the west, brings you face to face with the potential to harness the wind and solar power that we can harness to light our cities, move our cars and run our farms and businesses and clean our world. We as a nation have not even touched the level of renewable energies availble to us.

Economic models tell us increasing supply to meet demand lowers costs. We can increase our farm and ranch production while lowering their cost for feed and supplies. The most important part of that equation is water. Desalination will supply that water; we can expand farmland and increase herd sizes. We can promote hydroponics in our cities to lower transportation costs on fresh fruits and vegetables and create jobs.

There is nothing greater for the soul than to travel the landscape of this country. Get a start in the darkness of the morning and the farmers are already out in the fields navigating by tractor lights.
For over two decades I spent my career dedicated to a community to change a school and showcase what each child can become with the right environment, hope and instruction.
I have lived the change in my small way. Together we can change the future.
